After so many issues of providing update and security patch to Android 9.0 Pie which fixes some bugs and improves the OnePlus Community app. Now the OnePlus 3 and 3T gets OxygenOS 5.0.6 version update with the latest September security patch as well. This build includes general bug fixes and improvements.
OxygenOS 5.0.6 to OnePlus 3 and 3T
This update is a part of a policy agreement between Google and some companies. This agreement follows the rule that the companies have to provide security patch updates at least every two months period. So, OnePlus has signed this contract with Google and providing the latest security patch updates to their recent smartphones.
The changelog of this OxygenOS 5.0.6 update only contains system improvements and bug fixes.
