Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip7 model SM-F766U has been spotted on Geekbench. The listing reveals the phone uses Samsung’s own Exynos 2500 chip paired with 12GB RAM. This marks a major shift as Samsung moves from Qualcomm Snapdragon chips to its Exynos processor for foldables.
The device scored 2012 in single-core tests and 7563 in multi-core tests on Geekbench 6.4.0. These results suggest strong performance compared to other flagship foldables.

Exynos 2500: Samsung’s 3nm chipset
The Exynos 2500 is built on a second-generation 3 nm process. It has ten U cores. One core runs at 3.3 GHz and two cores run at 2.75 GHz. Five more run at 2.36 GHz and two at 1.8 GHz.
Graphics are handled by the Xclipse 950 GPU, based on AMD’s RDNA 3.5 architecture, promising enhanced performance for gaming and multimedia tasks

Expected Specifications Of Galaxy Z Flip7
Leaked specs hint at a larger 4-inch cover screen. The rear camera pair will be 50 MP and 12 MP and the front camera will be 10 MP. It will pack a 4000 mAh battery that s 45 W fast charging. The phone will ship with Android 16.
Samsung may fit the Exynos 2500 in markets like India and Korea. Other regions such as the US may get the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. Samsung plans to reveal the Z Flip7 in July alongside its new foldable models. Prices could start near ₹109999 in India and $1099 in the US.
